• Physician and healthcare worker counseling & coaching
• Executive/Leader Coaching & Development 
• Marital and family counseling/wrap-around services for families working in the medical field
• Team and departmental training, mediation, and motivational development. Workshops, group training, and facilitation. Psycho-educational lectures and keynotes.

Lecture/Didactic education on:

• Mental and behavioral health in healthcare workers
• Managing well-being in medical training
• Public Speaking and Keynote Addresses (individualized for event)

Clinical Services

At E&E, we provide high-quality, evidence-based clinical services to physicians, medical trainees, nurses, advanced practice professionals, and other healthcare workers.

We understand the joys, fulfillment, and stressors that come from working in healthcare at this time. Often those who come to see us have never sat with a counseling professional before. 

Consulting and coaching

E&E offers consulting services to health care professionals, teams, departments, private practices and institutions.

We also offer coaching services for personal and professional support and development. 

Speaking Engagements & Workshops

We offer and have provided workshops and keynote addresses domestically and internationally addressing the unique joys and stressors of working in healthcare and undertaking medical training.
