C. Emma Walshe LPC, MS, Founder & Counselor

Highly experienced mental health clinician, coach, and public speaker.

Emma received her Master of Counseling from Indiana University. She has worked in academic medicine, international aviation, mass disaster response, and community mental health.

In 2019, just prior to the onset of the pandemic, Emma started E&E to address what she was already seeing as unique stressors and distress for those working in healthcare.

Emma has over 10,000 hours and more than 18 years of experience working with MDs, RNs, APPs, first responders, techs, support services, and C-Suite leaders in healthcare.

She specializes in medical environments and the stressors of academic medicine and medical training.  She works with institutions, teams, individuals, couples, and families to support and create change.

Her areas of specialty are vicarious trauma, provider fatigue, sustainability within the current health care crisis, moral distress, team dynamics, culture change, and skilled leadership.
